This policy explains what information the Ocilla Pharmacy website (ocillapharmacy.com) collects and how it's used. It covers this website only. Health information we keep when you fill a prescription or receive care at the pharmacy is covered by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Information you send us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), and your message. The form is handled by a service called Formspree, which stores the message and forwards it to our email at ocillapharmacy1@gmail.com. We use it only to answer you, and we keep it only as long as needed for that and our normal business records.

Please don't send health information through the form or by email. Neither is a secure way to share medical details, medication names, or prescription numbers. Call us at (229) 468-5929 instead.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located (city or region), what kind of device and browser they use, and whether they tapped buttons like “Refill,” “Get Directions,” or sent the contact form. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us your name or email address, and it never sees what you type into the contact form.

• Good Neighbor Pharmacy (mygnp.com). The prescription transfer form is hosted there.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Children

This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
